Creating your Citifyd for Business account is easy! Simply click sign up now, and we will walk you through three easy steps: setting your password, entering your business information, and creating your first Citifyd for Business offer.
When a Citifyd parker has fulfilled your offer—whether purchasing a specific item, spending a minimum amount, or simply spending time in your business—they can either scan a QR code or provide you with an offer number to enter manually in our system. Both the QR code and offer number are unique to your business to help eliminate fraud.
While you can always enter offers manually with offer numbers, providing parkers with your Citifyd QR code is quick and easy. Parkers just simply scan the QR code with the Citifyd app after fulfilling your offer. Plus, your QR code will work for any offer you create, so you will only have to print it once. It is not required to print QR codes, and you can enter customer offer codes from the app into the system if desired.
We want to make using Citifyd as easy as possible. Therefore, by using credits, we eliminate the need for billing cycles and late fees. Instead, you pre-purchase credits to cover your validation offers. The best part is that we only deduct from your credits when a parker redeems your offer. In other words, you only pay for Citifyd for Business when it works. Plus, with fully refundable credits you can always get all of your remaining credits back whenever you need it.
We charge a 25% fee when you redeem an offer, deducted from your credits. For example, if you set an offer for a $1.00 validation once a parker has spent $20.00, we will deduct an additional $0.25 from your credits. In other words, for $1.25, you were able to generate an additional $18.75 of sales!
Absolutely! Only pay for Citifyd when it works, and have 100 percent control over your offers. You can set the validation amount to what makes the most financial sense for your business, and we recommend that you create your offers with your bottom line in mind. Plus, with real-time control, you can turn your offers on and off at any time!
